We offer software interests and services worldwide at Weox Technologies. Our services include custom software development, online website development, customizable website design, and more. Before you place an order for software products, please get in touch with us to talk about your needs.

Customers will be given all software services and goods based on their wants. Even though every safety measure is taken when giving software, please email info@weox.in if anything still needs to meet your needs after the product has been sent.

The service or application you choose or order based on your needs determines how much a software product costs. You will see a list of prices to confirm them. However, the final price you pay for our goods already includes the cost of delivery and packing. If you need your order quickly, you should contact us first to discuss your needs and ensure that the software will be provided by the date you specify before placing your order.

We get all items sent out or applications provided within the time frames. We use third-party messengers to ship our packages, so their arrival times may be delayed in case of unplanned events. Even though we try to “keep our word,” sometimes the carriers don’t do what they’re supposed to. It only happens sometimes, but we can only be held responsible if an item is delivered on time.

If the package doesn’t show up when you expect it to, please get in touch with us. Then we’ll call you back to let you know what’s happening with the driver. Please let us know within seven days of delivery if the things are broken when you get them.

We sell software that can be downloaded and doesn’t need to be shipped. This is because the arrival time for other services may differ from one service or product to the next. For sales of software downloads, the customer will get a different email receipt. The email with the software download links and directions on finishing the download will be sent.

We need to give you a license key for some things you bought. Our team will contact you to get the host ID of the computer you want the license key to be created for. As soon as you send us this information, your access key will be made and sent to you right away.
